iOS12.1では絵文字がアップデートされます。 携帯電話のマークはiPhone上ではiPhoneのマークとなっていますが、iOS12.1でホームボタンなしのiPhone X以降のデザインとなります。
なおiPhoneの絵文字が更新されるだけではなく、70種類の新しい絵文字が追加される予定です。 なおApple Watchに関しては絵文字のデザインは変更されないようです。 デザイン的にあまり大きな変更がなかったことが大きいかもしれません。
